  • Processing Time: Please allow 24 hoursΒ for our team to inspect and package your exclusive design with the care it deserves.

  • High-Definition Integrity: To protect the high-definition glossy paper finish, each piece is wrapped in acid-free protective layers.

  • Secure Transit: Framed prints are shipped in heavy-duty, impact-resistant corrugated boxes with reinforced corners to ensure they arrive at your interior in pristine, gallery-ready condition.

  • Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your artwork has been dispatched from our studio.

5. Damaged or Misplaced Shipments

  • Claims: In the rare event that your print arrives with visible damage to the frame or paper, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging.
